The Brief

We worked closely with the design and marketing team at Berkeley Homes to create an interior scheme which would appeal to many different types of buyers.

We were influenced by the heritage of this beautiful site, incorporating bespoke joinery pieces, woven wall coverings and classic furniture pieces. The versatile 3^rd bedroom was transformed into a reading room and study area.

Built-in study nook with navy blue and warm-oak bookshelving styled with books and ornaments, a gold desk lamp, and a wooden desk beneath a window with a yellow branch arrangement.

Bedroom with a rattan-framed headboard against a dark green wall, two framed abstract prints, red and green patterned cushions, gold wall sconces, and a round black bedside table with a candle.

Reading room with a navy and orange built-in bookshelf and record player, an orange leather tub chair with a houndstooth footstool, and glass doors leading outside.

Colourful striped abstract artwork above a dark cabinet with a tall textured vase and fern, with a red, orange, and navy patterned sofa cushion visible in the foreground.

Dining nook with a round marble-effect table, mustard velvet chairs, twin bronze dome pendant lights, a graphic black and white framed print, and grey kitchen cabinetry in the background.

Dark shelving styled with brass ornaments and books, a brass floor lamp, a round wall mirror, and a petrol-blue sofa with a red cushion and a multicoloured woven cushion.

Open-plan living and dining space with a dark green sofa, built-in media unit, a round dining table set with glassware and bowls, and mustard velvet dining chairs.
