Primary bedroom at Trent Park, The Buckingham Royal Mews, with a vaulted beamed ceiling, navy and beige bedding, and a pair of abstract prints above the headboard.
The Brief

The Buckingham was designed as a contemporary family home with a distinct sense of personality. Our concept, The Party House, drew inspiration from Philip Sassoon’s residency at Trent Park and the glamorous gatherings that became part of the estate’s history.

A rich palette of deep blues, warm beige and terracotta pinks is layered with tactile velvets, Art Deco-inspired prints and statement materials, including Alpi Verde marble. Curved furniture and lighting subtly reference the architecture of the Royal Mews, while quieter spaces provide a retreat from the more sociable areas of the home.

The result is a sophisticated yet welcoming interior that celebrates the spirit of Trent Park’s past while feeling entirely relevant to modern family life.

Home office nook with a wooden desk, leather chair, dark built-in bookcase, and a curved terracotta bouclé armchair with ottoman.
